Nature Sparks is a local 501 (c)(3) nonprofit in Jacksonville, Florida

We want to ensure that there will be a future home for generations to come and that there will be a healthy environment and healthy people to live there. Together we are planting the seeds of the future.

MISSION

Our focus is to stimulate change and accelerate movement towards harmony and excellent health for future generations and the earth by connecting the youth and elders to nature.

VISION

To create and maintain a bright, thriving, and healthy environment for all the inhabitants of the Earth.

"The Girl Sparks" is a dedicated community-based initiative aimed at empowering and supporting young girls within our community. Our program provides a nurturing and empowering environment for girls and young women aged 16-24, tailored to nature. Sessions will be held either outside at parks, local gardens, or in calming and serene indoor environments. These settings are carefully selected to foster personal growth and inspire the girls to realize their full potential.

The program spans a 12-week duration, and we meet at designated community locations, which may change as needed. This flexibility ensures that we remain accessible to the girls we serve while adapting to the evolving needs of our community. One noteworthy feature of our initiative is its open-ended nature; there are no restrictions on the number of times a girl can participate. We firmly believe in cultivating a supportive and continuous development environment within our ever-evolving community.
